Through engaging in Mathletics via digital technology, I have attained a level on Certificate, whereby Mathletics has endorsed me in using Mathletics in my class; using a range of different tasks and features of its programme effectively. Mathletics hosts webinars, that I have taken part of, which has expanded my knowledge of how to use this technology better. One of the most important aspects that learned was how to create groups, and then differentiate learning according to the curriculum level a student is on.

Being a helper in the Emerging Technological Age

What is it? As my desire to increase in professional leadership has grown, so has the opportunity to help staff. Gordon Moore said, " Leadership is empowering people to do what they have been called to do". So what I've seen that I could do to empower people is to share my knowledge and experience in digital technologies. This was my second time running a small workshop with colleagues, where I showed them how to use 'New Google Sites".  So what? As part of our new digital curriculum, one of the two aspects is;  “ Designing and developing digital outcomes. It  is about understanding that digital systems and applications are created for humans by humans, and developing knowledge and skills in using different digital technologies to create digital content across a range of digital media.
